Automated impregnation and drying
IMPREGMAT I-TRONIC distributes dilution over solid dosage forms in rotating, heat-resistant glass flasks. Touchscreen control combines impregnation and air drying in a controlled preparation sequence.
Two independent preparations
Two modules allow independent preparations to run at the same time. The TS, Hybrid and LC configurations provide different flask and batch-size options, so the machine can be selected around your usual workload.
Process control and traceability
The impregnation percentage is adjustable. Drying adapts to the alcohol content of the dilution. User identification and a date- and time-stamped log support preparation records, with export to USB storage.
Contact materials
The spray system uses PTFE contact material. Contact materials are designed for decontamination at 121 °C ± 1 °C; the applicable cleaning procedure should be agreed for the selected configuration.
