Born from a pharmacist’s practical needs and an engineer’s ingenuity, Labotics has grown into a family business serving homeopathic producers in more than 30 countries.
After completing his studies in industrial pharmacy, founder Jack Hendrickx worked at a pharmacy in Ghent, Belgium, where homeopathic preparations were already being produced on a substantial scale. Together with his father, an engineer, he built the pharmacy’s first impregnation machine. That collaboration laid the foundation for Labotics, established in 1984.
In 2005, Jack’s son Tom joined the business, bringing expertise in information technology and a fresh perspective on machine design. Together, they began modernising the range, making the equipment more intuitive and easier to use.
Today, Labotics works with customers in more than 30 countries, including some of the largest producers in the homeopathic market. The same close connection between pharmacy, engineering and practical experience continues to shape the company’s equipment and laboratory solutions.
